You Will be Successful 

We are seeking a skilled and dependable handyperson to join our facilities department. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair tasks at the interior and exterior of company premises, including identifying the need for repairs, responding to maintenance requests and servicing company equipment.

Job Responsibilities 

• Responsible for basic tasks including painting and filling crevices 
• Clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs 
• Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment, HVAC or appliances 
• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs 
• Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems 
• Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigeration, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers 
• Provide management with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment
