Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, document, direct, and measure the success of new initiatives and revision of existing systems and processes to result in greater efficiency, profitability, and sustainability. 
  • Develop and maintain policy, process, and training related to new and existing systems.
  • Implement and integrate new policies and routines into operations.
  • Measure effectiveness and manage a continuous improvement cycle.
  • Indirectly manage peers and subordinate supervisors including performance and cost management.
  • Manage costs, which includes the use of business intelligence and operating systems technology.
  • Strategic and critical thinking, including analyzing disparate information from various sectors and comparable project work, evaluating results, and establishing interdepartmental relationships established and maintained as constructive, cooperative, and result generating.

Position Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience operationally managing at a multi-unit level
  • Five (5) years’ experience developing policies and standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and developing training programs for restaurant staff
  • Five (5) years’ experience negotiating with suppliers to leverage buying power
  • Proficiency using MS Office applications and project management software
  • SERV Safe Certification
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within NC, TN, and FL and up to 10% nationally
