Education Level and Focus: Theatre Production Degree MA, MFA (preferred)
Years and Type of Related Experience Required:
- Minimum of Five years professional experience with a Major Performance Arts Institution.
- Minimum of three years professional experience with Union Stage Hands (preferred).
Technical Competencies:
- Develops and utilizes special knowledge of Microsoft Office or MAC OS, and Vectorworks.
- Effectively demonstrates a consistent and sustained commitment to Lean Ops practices through the active pursuit of the elimination of waste from every process with the ultimate goal of providing world-class quality, delivery, and service at the lowest possible cost. Actively participates in the organizations Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
