What You’ll Do:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted and collaborative advisor, providing proactive, practical, and valued Human Resources advice which aligns with organizational culture and strategy. This position is primarily responsible for employee relations and investigations, talent acquisition, onboarding, new hire orientation, performance management, staff engagement, and HR audits. The HRBP will report to the HR Director of Alexander Youth Network (AYN), and they will serve as a dedicated HR resource for The Relatives organization—an affiliate company of AYN.

Education AND Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of four years of combined employee relations and talent acquisition experience, applying Human Resource policies, programs and processes.
• At least two years of experience serving in a consultative or coaching capacity.
• A valid North Carolina or South Carolina Driver's License.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
