What You'll Do:
The Youth Focus’ My Sister Susan’s House (MSSH) provides supervised housing for pregnant and parenting youth ages 16-21 for up to 18 months. The Program coach provides support to youth in a residential setting, helping them learn independent living skills. The program coach is responsible for assisting clients with goal setting, providing case management, facilitating groups, supervising outings, providing transportation, ensuring the house is clean and tour ready, administering medications as needed, and providing overall support in a therapeutic environment.
Hiring 2 Part-Time Program Coach Positions:
- Position 1: 1st shift Saturdays and Sundays: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Position 2: 2nd shift Saturdays and Sundays: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
