Position Summary

Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a change or supervisor opportunity? Accurate Home Care is looking for an RN like you to help grow the depth of our Clinical Management Team. Our RN Clinical Managers provide supervision of care providers; assist in orientation, training, and supervision of new staff; and implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating.

  • Hours/days: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; one weekend per month; On-Call rotation

What will I be doing?

  • Provide supervision of care providers to include coaching or disciplinary issues and performance management.
  • Assist in orientation, training, and supervision of new staff
  • Implementing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, evaluating
  • Completion of patient care plans and required documentation associated to patients and staff
  • Communicate with physician and other members of multidisciplinary patient care team to implement care coordination of a patient from preadmission to discharge ensuring proper communication of patient care needs to the appropriate professionals.

Qualifications

What do I need to bring to the job?

  • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota
  • Must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or medical or religious exemption
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross, renewed at recommended frequencies
  • 1 year of supervisory experience required, in the home care field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in home care
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and rules
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and liability limits
  • Read, write, and speak fluently in English
  • This position requires up to 50% travel time
