Position Summary

At Accurate Home Care, our Home Health team aids in empowering our patients to stay at home and recover. Accurate Home Care is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team of home care professionals. In this position you will primarily assist patients with their bathing needs in their homes. You may also assist your patient with daily personal tasks related to hygiene activities, getting dressed and health-related tasks, including giving prescribed medications and monitoring their vital signs. You will see many patients every day, so an important part of your job is managing the responsibilities and your time effectively so that you can best serve your patients.

A CNA/HHA serve patients within an approximate 30-mile radius of the metro area. We always strive to keep territories as condensed and close to home as possible.

What will I be doing?

  • Help patients reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the Case Manager.
  • Provides emotional support and promotes a sense of well-being.

Qualifications

What do I need to bring to the job?

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certified Nursing Assistant training completed (75 hours)
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Valid driver’s license and minimal moving violations
  • Must be fluent in the English language
