Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Must be able to bend, walk and stand for 10 hours per day
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Must be able to visually perform inspections of trainee’s work.
- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to build interpersonal relationships.
- Must have the ability to convey successful training attributes based upon individual needs using a variety of techniques, fixtures and devises.
- Must have the ability to encourage and motivate.
- Must display patience.
- Must have a basic working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Must be able to professionally encourage and facilitate cooperation and teamwork in order to reach a common goal.
- Must have the skill to act in a tactful, sensitive manner.
Education and Work Experience
- Previous training experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
