Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to read a ruler and/or other measuring devices
- Ability to read, write and follow instructions
- Must have basic math skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Ability to operate and set up the various types of production equipment in the department
- Ability to handle changes in schedules and priorities.
- Must be well organized and able to multi-task.
- Ability to follow through and communicate effectively with management and other team members
- Ability to stand for 10 or more hours per day
- Ability to carry 20 pounds or more
Education and work experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- Three or more years of production experience
- Sewing experience would be beneficial
