Overview: Endera is in search of a National Accounts Sales Rep to join its expanding, dynamic team. With excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to travel 3 weeks per month.  Each team member at Endera is given responsibilities and challenging tasks that will elevate today’s level of electric vehicle technology.  The candidate must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, enjoy problem solving independently and in team environments. 

  

 

 

 

General Responsibilities: 

  • Sales:
    • Ability to travel 3 weeks per month with clients or attend trade shows
    • Develop relationships with corporate clients.
    • Maintain relationships with decision makers in key corporate accounts
    • Review order with Sales Team
    • Assist in managing new option request
    • Sales order change management
  • Scheduling / Forecasting:
    • Request floorplans from engineering on future orders and builds
    • Sales Forecasting – Work with sales management to publish a sales forecast based on sales opportunity tracking and conversion.

 

  • Sales Reporting:
    • Publish standard sales reports to the Endera Sales and management Teams.

 

  • Completed Vehicle Packet:
    • Compile all documentation as required to be applied to a completed unit, prior to shipment

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance. The employee will frequently lift and/or move 20-25 pounds and may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

We're Looking For

Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record.
  • Experience with selling buses and transportation business.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to solve problems swiftly.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills

 

Education and Experience: 

  • 2 years plus experience selling Small to Mid-size buses or transportation business
