Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in control system development, modeling, and implementation in an embedded environment.
- Strong fundamentals in control systems theory, linear systems analysis, stability, and controller design.
- Deep understanding of the physics of electric propulsion, motion control systems, and heat transfer.
- Software and Modeling Proficiency:
- Excellent proficiency in creating controls-oriented dynamic system models of thermal, hydraulic, or mechanical systems using MATLAB/Simulink/Python.
- System Communication and Integration:
- Familiarity with control of linear and non-linear systems.
- Experience with CAN and LIN communications for vehicle system integration.
- Hands-On Experience:
- Comfort working hands-on with vehicle prototypes, including testing and validation of control systems.
- Experience working with high voltage systems, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
