Project Manager

As a member of the Project Management Team, you will be responsible for planning, initiating, managing and executing large and/or multiple projects for LTi Technology Solutions. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining PMO process documentation.  This roll will serve as liaison between external clients and internal resources to achieve defined outcomes, as well as monitor project plans to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.  This role will also be responsible for assisting and training of PMO new hires and team members.

Spend your Days:

  • Coordinating internal resources, external clients, and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Defining project scope and objectives to ensure project members understand what is expected of them and what they should expect from one another.
  • Monitoring project progress; proactively managing changes in scope, schedule or costs; identifying potential roadblocks and creating contingency plans.
  • Preparing, maintaining, and submitting clear and concise activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports to all project stakeholders.
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate project personnel.
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Reporting and escalating issues or project changes to management as needed.
  • Successfully managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring timely communications throughout the project.
  • Ensuring that scope creep, communications and quality are carefully managed.
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Creating and maintaining PMO Process Documentation
  • Assisting with training needs for PMO new hires and other PMO team members in need of assistance
  • Perform other duties or projects as required

Qualifications

What you must bring with you:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role
  • Previous success in leading software implementations involving both internal and external shareholders
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Advanced knowledge using web-based applications
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Zoho Project preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of project management phases, techniques, and tools; specifically, Waterfall and Hybrid approaches
  • Must have passion for new technologies and an ability to quickly understand and embrace emerging technologies
