Employee Health & Onboarding Coordinator Job Summary:

Responsible for the development and administration of efficient and professional operations of employee health services in accordance with company policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations to achieve the desired goals and objectives. Responsible for all aspects of employee health services. This role supports the recruitment and onboarding process by stepping in as needed for clinical interviewing, onboarding, and orientation. Responsible for supporting the timely processing of newly hired employees.  Assists in meeting goals related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.  This role ensures steps of onboarding process run smoothly, to include supporting on the spot education regarding hospital wide and departmental policies and procedures.   

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Licenses/Certification: Licensed to practice as an RN. Current BLS certification required.

Experience: Three years’ experience as a RN. Experience with interviewing clinical candidates. Employee Health nursing experience preferred.
