What You’ll Bring
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — required.
- Must reside in the Phoenix metro area
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, with proven ability across multiple HR disciplines.
- Strong understanding of employment law, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Paycom strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Occasional travel as needed.
