Job Summary
A motivated and skilled Strategic Account Director to manage client accounts with a primary focus on B2B, real estate, hospitality, and non-profit sectors, while also handling clients across diverse industries. This role centers on developing effective digital marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with practical execution skills.
This role is hybrid in the Boston area.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, with emphasis on B2B, real estate, hospitality, and non-profit sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, with special expertise in our focus sectors.
- Manage the implementation of digital marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and deliver tangible outcomes.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop targeted marketing strategies with particular expertise in B2B, real estate, hospitality, and non-profit sectors.
- Create digital marketing plans that effectively utilize appropriate channels based on industry needs and target audiences.
- Keep current with trends and digital marketing innovations across all industries, with deeper knowledge in our core sectors.
- Assist in performance analysis to optimize marketing effectiveness across channels for diverse client portfolios.
- Interpret campaign data to provide clients with clear, actionable recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with specialized teams to ensure successful campaign execution across all client accounts.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions with internal teams and clients.
- Support junior team members while coordinating cross-functional resources for client projects.
