Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, industry trends, and best practices.
Familiarity with financial management principles and budgeting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
