Our Warehouse Associates work Monday-Friday and operate in a fast-paced environment while safely completing assigned product orders. Successful team members are hard workers who are customer-focused, reliable, and have excellent communication, time, and task management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Compares identifying information and counts of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
  • Pulls merchandise from inventory using voice pick system, lifting and carrying merchandise and packaging merchandise securely to avoid damage.
  • Unloads delivery trucks in order of route manifest in a secure manner that minimizes product damage and creates a safe environment for all employees.
  • Works in WMS system to complete daily tasks.
  • Maintains the facility in a constant state of “operational excellence”, namely ensuring a safe, clean, well-organized working environment.
  • Transports materials with hand truck, cart and forklift trucks.
  • Records and reports inventory discrepancies in system and or to manager.
  • Maintains facility in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Be willing to help deliver beverages on a designated route as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

 

Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

 

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but involved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Voice picking hardware
  • Non-CDL box truck (16' to 18') and a small van

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. Candidates must be able to detect noise and horns.
