3+ years of increasing Supervisory responsibilities in a Distribution environment.
Advanced communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficient in excel, word, and outlook.
Computer skills within an ERP system
Extensive knowledge of current food safety regulations.
Time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast environment.
Develop, coach and mentor team members.
Identify material variances and provide continuous improvement suggestions.
Develop departmental goals and objectives that support GNC KPI’s.
