SUMMARY |
TGW is currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Marketing Specialist for its sales team. In this role you will work in our North American headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and be responsible for all aspects of our video production including concept development, storyboarding, planning, filming, editing, and publishing. |
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Lead the creation of all video content for North America
- Concept, storyboard, film, edit, and publish videos
- Interview on-camera talent and write scripts
- Own the local video creative direction, ensuring the visual style and messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the audience
- Bring to life fresh ideas for video content and formats, supported by local and global colleagues
- Select and manage freelancers and video agencies to support video creation efforts
- Capitalize on our full range of professional equipment, including Sony cameras, RODE mics, DJI gimble, studio room, and more

REQUIREMENTS |
Education: |
Associates degree in Film Production is preferred. |
Experience: |
Five (5) or more years of experience in video production. |
Travel: |
30% of travel as required, mostly domestic but could include some international trips. |
Skills & Abilities |
- Highly experienced with camera operation, lighting, sound equipment, and other video production tools
- Highly experienced in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Experience with motion graphics software (After Effects, Blender, or similar)
- Experience with YouTube
- Experience in storyboarding and video project management for a wide range of video types
- Experience in live streaming or webinars preferred

Physical and Cognitive Requirements
- Ability to remain stationary at a desk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 20 lbs on occasion.
- Ability to use office equipment, computers, and various electronic devices constantly throughout workday.
- Ability to move around office environment and reach with hands and arms regularly.
- Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing, on a frequent basis.
- Ability to focus and complete tasks throughout workday in office environment.
