ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure company standards are met within the specified budget by conducting site inspections/audits, inventorying supplies/equipment, training supervisors & employees, and maintaining customer relations.
- Contact customers on a regular basis to ensure services meet contractual requirements and ensure customer retention.
- Perform personnel duties, including hiring, creating schedules, disciplinary action, performance reviews, etc.
- Responsible for placing supply orders and ensuring sites are properly stocked within the supply expense budget given.
- Responsible for preparing/reviewing payroll and properly educating supervisors on payroll procedures.
- Understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with employee and supervisory personnel.
- Manage budgets and costs associated with areas of direct responsibility.
- Responsible for compliance with all safety policies and accident reporting.
- Investigate concerns/complaints from clients and take steps to fix the issue and ensure it doesn’t occur again.
- Identify possible additional work within sites, such as periodic floor work, that might be necessary.
- Field calls from clients/employees outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
