QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree; 3-5 years HR experience preferably working in a recruitment capacity; some work within DEIB is preferred; HR certification preferred; Combination of education and experience may also be considered.

This is a hybrid role in which most tasks can be carried out remotely but will require some in-person presence for events such as career fairs, organizational training and/or events and in alignment with our telecommuting policy.
Annualized Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
