We currently have a career opportunity for a business immigration Paralegal I join our team in a hybrid capacity (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
Primary Responsibilities:
- With a high-volume caseload, prepare and file petitions and applications, for employment-based non-immigrant visas, including (but not limited to) H-1B, TN, E-3, L1, and associated dependent filings.
- Prepare and process O-1 and EB-1 petitions
- Compile and analyze case facts, drafts correspondence, and maintain and organize client documentation.
- Review documentation to determine facts and information.
- Maintain direct contact with multiple Attorneys, Foreign National clients, and in-house Global Mobility Managers.
- Report to Attorneys, Case Managers, and/or other relevant leaders.
Qualification Requirements:
- 1-3 years of professional working experience as a paralegal preparing employment-based non-immigrant visas.
- NIV writing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational & time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to generate work products with considerable accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Works independently toward team goals.
- Outstanding case/project management skills.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) including actively listening.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Strong team focus that assists to foster a sense of community within the firm.

- Fluency of the English language in both written and verbal forms.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
- Proficient in case management systems - VisaTrax, INSZoom, Litify, LawLogix and other document management systems.
