We are currently looking for a talented Legal Writer to draft compelling narratives for our most complex employment-based immigration petitions, including O-1, EB-1, NIW and Requests for Evidence. The ideal candidate will be an expert wordsmith and storyteller, and will be responsible for drafting letters and forms, performing research, compiling documentation, and incorporating feedback from attorneys to ensure projects are completed accurately. This position requires a high level of creativity and performing online primary research for each project. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented, capable of ensuring the highest levels of quality are maintained throughout the process, and committed to meeting tight deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, bachelor’s degree, and relevant work experience. Also, please note that this is a hybrid role that requires you to be on-site at our Arlington office 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidates:
- Detail-oriented, organized and energetic attitude
- Excellent grammar and superior writing skills are essential
- Excellent research skills
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related
- Prior immigration experience not required, but prior experience drafting O-1/EB-1 petitions is a plus
- Background in technical or creative writing is a plus
