Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the VP, Brand Marketing and is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing and advertising initiatives according to the organization's goals and values. This person must maintain efficient and effective advertising strategies in digital spaces to promote our Brands across different platforms, including Retailers. The Digital Marketing Manager must have a comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce and the ever-changing digital marketplace, in addition to its complementarity to the brick-and-mortar space. This individual must have an advanced understanding of internet regulations and Cookies with CRM experience being a plus. The Digital Marketing Manager must possess technical abilities such as a mastery of Omnichannel Brand Activation, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Ad & Display, CTV, and Social Media as these skill sets enable the ability to establish or maintain online brand recognition for the company.

Essential Tasks, Duties, & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for new media and digital marketing teams
  • Coordinate online marketing campaigns on all social and digital media platforms with agencies and internal teams
  • Work effectively cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and supervise collaboration between departments to drive positive business growth
  • Lead website development and oversee all customer-facing digital communication channels
  • Track growth and maintain analytical reports to provide up-to-date information to upper management
  • Perform other duties as needed and directed by management

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and advertising, including different platforms and channels
  • Experience working with external agencies

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Strong Analytical and Communications Skills
  • Well-versed in the use of social media with an ability to identify the best digital channels as a marketing tool
  • Understand website metrics and best practices
  • Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), lead generation, and email marketing
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results 
  • Efficient and effective with problem-solving, with strong communication skills, and a team player mentality
  • Well-versed in strategy and creative implementation
  • Ability to derive actionable insights out of multiple sources of data
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced environments and cope well with ambiguity
