We are seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) with strong clinical expertise and a flair for marketing to help us elevate our dining program and showcase the healthy, vibrant living experience we offer.
Position Summary
The Registered Dietitian (RD) will serve as a leader in nutrition services, supporting residents’ dietary needs, compliance with regulatory standards, and collaboration with dining services. This role also plays a key part in marketing and outreach efforts, working closely with the sales and marketing team to highlight the community’s dining program as a unique differentiator for prospective residents and families.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Nutritional Support

Provide nutritional assessments and individualized care plans for residents.

Ensure menus meet resident needs, preferences, and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with culinary and care teams to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals.

Provide staff education and training on nutrition and dietary standards.
Marketing & Outreach

Partner with sales/marketing teams to showcase dining and wellness programs during tours, events, and open houses.

Host presentations, cooking demos, and wellness/nutrition workshops for prospective residents, families, and referral partners.

Develop engaging marketing content (blogs, newsletters, social posts) highlighting nutrition, dining, and wellness.

Act as a visible ambassador of the community’s dining and nutrition excellence.
