Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead a diverse and dynamic culinary program that spans:
- Two distinct restaurants, including an exclusive members-only dining venue.
- Blend Café, our seasonal coffee shop, is frequented by hotel guests, boaters and locals for coffee, snacks and picnics.
- A robust in-room dining program.
- Seasonal poolside menus.
- A high-volume banquet and catering operation serving social gatherings, member events, and corporate functions.
