POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a key role focused on creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns and web presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has an intermediate digital marketing, web analytics, and a general marketing background. Must have experience with one or more content management systems (CMS), Project Management experience, and an ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. This role will also be active in projects relating to continued Digital Marketing Innovation for the Bank.

 

In this role, you must be able to multi-task, be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools, strategies, and best practices to add to the team.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Assists with regular updates to the public website via a proprietary content management system

  • Closely monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and related web analytics tools

  • Assists with setup and tracking of custom audiences, conversion goals, and related engagement events using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

  • Maintain and update page schemas; monitor website for technical SEO opportunities and WCAG 2.1 compliance

  • Setup of digital ad campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Facebook, LinkedIn, and exchanges

  • Manages campaign budgets, expenses, and administrative duties related to marketing projects

  • Manage and grow local SEO presence with timely responses to customer questions and reviews

  • Supports Digital Marketing Manager in researching and presenting new digital marketing opportunities

  • Actively participate in strategic planning in regular team meetings

  • Project management of projects into the larger marketing plan

  • Supports the VP of Marketing and the marketing team on special projects and initiatives as needed

  • Works with the Compliance team to ensure all digital advertising campaigns and posted web content meets bank regulatory requirements

  • Co-creation, tracking and management of a master marketing promotional dashboard

  • Works with team to create specific marketing KPI’s and ROI’s to consider tracking

  • Managing Project Management for the team (Monday.com)

  • Oversee project management of the organizational ‘Change Management / Growth’ as related to Marketing

  • Co-lead discovery sessions / scoping roadmaps for larger Bank projects with project decks (interface with VPM team)

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of three years of experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or in Communications or relevant field is preferred

  • A proven track record of successful project deliverables, including the creation of digital ad campaigns across multiple networks and channels

  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor and optimize website traffic

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in the Adobe creative products suite including inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat, as well as Microsoft Office products suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. Proficiency with other database software is useful.
