POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide WOW service and support as an integral part of the IRA & HSA Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Maintenance related to IRA and HSA processing including data collection, review and validation
- Support Retail Branches regarding questions, policies, and procedures for IRAs and HSAs
- Process IRA and HSA transactions and documentation through DNA Core, Ascensus IRA Direct and Epicor workflow
- Utilize Ascensus IRA Direct and DNA Core for daily transaction questions
- Establish new HSA and IRA accounts
- Customer service support
- Demonstrates professional oral and written communication skills and follow-up when corresponding with employees and customers.
- Adhere to 1st Security Bank policies and support management decisions and goals in a positive, professional manner and represent the bank with a high level of integrity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize job responsibilities as required while maintaining organization.
- Support IRA and HSA phone queue
- Assist Retail Support in the phone queue as needed. Assist with CRC Back Up calls as needed
- Assist with testing System and Core updates as needed
- Cross train to cover monitoring, audit and compliance reviews
- Performs other duties as assigned
