**This position is located out of our Aberdeen Administrative office and is a full-time in office position.**

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides excellent service and support as an integral part of the Deposit Operations team.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Effectively prioritizes internal and external requests, building strong relationships between operations and the entire Bank.

  • Provides excellent customer service, delivering support and answering internal and external inquiries.

  • General knowledge and understanding of Fraud Team tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Processing incoming fraud and non-fraud Card, ATM, Check and ACH disputes.

  • Visa CAMS / Cardtracker alerts for cards.

  • Processing daily card fraud monitoring reports.

  • Reviews attempts of mobile deposit fraud.

  • Investigating suspicion of Elder Abuse.

  • Supports Branch requests – such as account research and corrections.

  • Monitoring and following up on assigned dispute claims.

  • May assist with Branch requests - Place debit card orders, handle card maintenances and troubleshooting card related issues.

  • Prepares and reviews multiple reports and logs – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly.

  • Assists manager with research and projects related to Deposit Operations products, processes, and procedures.

  • Review current processes, make recommendations for improvement.

  • Cross train to perform other functions in Deposit Operations as requested.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and manage competing deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Must be detail-oriented while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and flexibility in performing tasks.

  • Must be able to embrace and quickly adapt to change as a result of internal, market or regulatory policy changes.

  • Strong team player with excellent communications skills.

  • Must be bondable.

 

SCHEDULE

The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and 5:15pm monthly late shift.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software.
