POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides excellent service and support as an integral part of the Deposit Operations team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Effectively prioritizes internal and external requests, building strong relationships between operations and the entire Bank.
- Provides excellent customer service, delivering support and answering internal and external inquiries.
- General knowledge and understanding of Fraud Team tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Processing incoming fraud and non-fraud Card, ATM, Check and ACH disputes.
- Visa CAMS / Cardtracker alerts for cards.
- Processing daily card fraud monitoring reports.
- Reviews attempts of mobile deposit fraud.
- Investigating suspicion of Elder Abuse.
- Supports Branch requests – such as account research and corrections.
- Monitoring and following up on assigned dispute claims.
- May assist with Branch requests - Place debit card orders, handle card maintenances and troubleshooting card related issues.
- Prepares and reviews multiple reports and logs – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly.
- Assists manager with research and projects related to Deposit Operations products, processes, and procedures.
- Review current processes, make recommendations for improvement.
- Cross train to perform other functions in Deposit Operations as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
