- Education and/or Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Six months to one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Language Skills - Have the ability to respond effectively to customer and/or supervisors questions.
- Mathematical Skills - Have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Reasoning Ability - Individual must demonstrate ethical reasoning skills.
- Computer Skills - A competent basic level of keyboarding skills is required.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Individuals must have a willingness to attend necessary SEPLSO trainings.
