Minimum Qualifications
- All candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the schools mission, values, and
- philosophy, especially related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and environmental sustainability
- A Bachelor degree and 3 years of related experience in Admissions, independent schools, and/or customer service management is preferred.
- Experience with common school and admissions systems preferred including:
- Ravenna, Clarity, and Blackbaud.
- Experience with International students and families preferred, including experience
- with SEVIS and familiarity with I-20 and F-1 Visa processs.
- High level of competence with MS Office suite, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and meet relevant deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate next steps, take initiative, and apply sound judgment
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in sensitive, complex, and/or controversial situations
- Strong writing skills; experience in drafting agendas, correspondence, presentations, reports, and other written documents
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work both independently and on collaborative teams
- Courteous, personable, and flexible with changing priorities; able to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Successful experience working with diverse populations and diverse working styles
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, is highly organized and capable at utilizing technology, and is a clear thinker who troubleshoots problems and builds rapport with a variety of individuals with ease
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of experience in admissions (higher ed, independent schools, etc)
Compensation:
Annual salary range of $68,000 - $73,000 based on skills and experience.
