- Bachelor’s Degree and one year’s human resource or related experience, or supervisory experience with minimum three years of experience in the human resources field.
- Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive and legally protected information a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software and have a thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Mental Retardation (DMR), and other agencies.
