We are a trusted organization that serves nearly 30,000 youth and adults from yearly from more than 50 school districts and nearly 70 private schools and community organizations across 19 Pennsylvania counties. Our mission is to engage all children in the support they need to succeed.
We are looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist who will work in a positive, mission-driven environment. This position reports to the Human Resources Director and works collaboratively with other leaders in the organization and region to ensure a strong talent base.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting, staffing and talent acquisition strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the success of the organization.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job postings and hiring criteria.
- Schedule and complete interviews.
- Offer employment to qualified candidates and pass along new hire information to Onboarding Specialists.
- Post jobs to appropriate job boards.
- Assist with developing annual recruiting and hiring plan.
- Compile and send weekly hiring updates to all departments.
- Provide support to the Director of Human Resources, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer as needed.

What are the hours like?
- Full-time positions are 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Schedules are flexible.
