We are looking for a full-time Communications Assistant who will work in a positive, mission-driven environment. This position reports to the Director of Communications and works collaboratively with other leaders in the organization to promote a positive organization image.
The Communications Assistant will assist in designing and implementing the company’s digital media plans and strategies to achieve digital marketing goals and objectives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the creation of digital content such as videos and graphics.
- Manage all social media platforms.
- Use visual storytelling to communicate the impact of The Learning Lamp in the community.
- Identify opportunities for brand engagement and improvement.
- Provide support to the Director of Communications and other leaders in the organization.
