Service Manager - Nights | Slidell, LA

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the Southeast's largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Service Manager with strong customer communication skills, a self-starter, and a quick learner, to lead our service team.

On-site Location: Slidell, LA | Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with technical support
• Meet and greet the public in a professional manner
• Effectively manage a workforce
• Set and meet profitability goals
• Work closely with other members of our team to exceed customer expectations
• Demonstrate the values and professionalism of our company to current and prospective customers

• Minimum 2-5 years experience in both management and automotive and/or heavy truck service experience
• Retail experience is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other web-based programs
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent professional & interpersonal communication (verbal & written) skills
• Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing the team effectively
• Ability to motivate and influence others
• Skilled at building strong customer relationships
