HOUSEKEEPER - SATELLITE HOUSEKEEPING - PT EVENINGS

Job Summary:  
The Cleaner is responsible for keeping assigned Satellite Clinics, Express Cares, and various off-site facilities clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition. Typical duties include: Dispose of trash, high and low dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitation/disinfecting of surfaces and restrooms. The typical schedule will be from Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Job Responsibilities:
1.    Maintains carpeted and hard surface flooring
2.     Cleans furnishings.
3.    Collects and transports trash, soiled linen and infectious waste safely and appropriately
4.     Provides Moving Services
5.    Demonstrates knowledge of safety procedures for housekeeping.
6.    Uses standard precautions appropriately
7.    Safely operates equipment, appropriately uses and stores chemicals.
8.    Adheres to Confidentiality/Release of Information guidelines for adults and minors
9.    Maintains an acceptable level of competency as measured by quality assurance inspections.
10.    Displays competency in actions during emergency situations.

Working Conditions: Exposure Category I:
Tasks that involve exposure to blood, body, fluids, or tissues.  All procedures or other job-related tasks that involve an inherent potential for mucous membrane or skin contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues, or a potential for spills or splashes or then, are category I tasks use of appropriate protective measures is required for every employee engaged in category I tasks.
