EXPERIENCED SERVERS
Must have excellent communication skills with guests and other team members, the ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure, provide good customer service, take orders, and deliver food. Overall you are expected to answer questions regarding the menu, offer suggestions and recommendations, process payments, answer the phone for online/phone orders, and work closely with other wait staff and the kitchen to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently.
BUSSERS
Must have excellent communication skills. Will be required to complete any beginning or closing shift duties, to assist in maintaining each service station, to manage competing demands while putting the guest first, to be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and transport objects up to 25 lbs.
