Walter – Level 2

Qualifications:

• Mechanical  and Math Aptitude

• Ability to use Micrometers, Calipers, Dial Indicators
• Understand Operation of Walter and or Anca CNC Machines
• Ability to run 17% - 23.2% of tool types.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Loading of parts for CNC tool and cutter grinder machines.
• Work with close tolerances.
• Demonstrate proficiency in work habits and productivity.
• Perform and keep track of multiple task.
• Perform repetitive task.
• Be Self-Motivated to get assigned work complete.

• Work in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to Train other Operators.
• Responsible for Quality and Inspection of Work Produced.
• Complete Daily Production Reports.

Physical Requirements:

• 100% Standing.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs.
