Job Overview: 
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI and Unanet to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, with a proven track record of leveraging Power BI to create actionable insights. Experience with Unanet is essential to manage and analyze business data across finance, project management, and resource planning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide in-depth analytics, generate key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to data-driven decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business operations and decision-making processes. 
•    Leverage Unanet to extract, analyze, and report on project performance, financial data, resource utilization, and other key metrics. 
•    Leverage additional tools such as Power Query and Power Automate, as appropriate, to further automate processes and ensure they are scalable and efficient.  
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop customized reporting solutions using Power BI and Unanet. 
•    Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements. 
•    Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and dashboards. 
•    Work with the IT and business teams to gather requirements and ensure proper data sources are connected to Power BI and Unanet. 
•    Provide training and support to team members on best practices in Power BI and Unanet to facilitate and encourage adoption. 
•    Create ad-hoc reports and perform detailed analysis as required by various business departments. 
 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. 
•    5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role with hands-on experience using Power BI. 
•    Strong knowledge and experience working with Unanet for project and financial data management. 
•    Expertise in data modeling, data visualization, and report building using Power BI. 
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analytics tools. 
•    Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for various business functions. 
•    Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. 
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
•    Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes. 
•    Experience with Unanet’s data sets, tables, and financial and project management modules.
