What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing and building talent pipelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated assertiveness and initiative in taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The salary range for this position is: $120,000 base salary plus monthly performance bonuses tied to positions filled—giving you the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
