What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing and building talent pipelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated assertiveness and initiative in taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The salary range for this position is: $108,720-$120,000 base salary plus bonus potential. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
