Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mid-Senior level Payments Specialist or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze transaction data and identify patterns and discrepancies.
- Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with customers, banks, and merchants.
- Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a team.
- Knowledge of chargeback & ACH return guidelines and policies set by card networks and financial institutions.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong reporting skills are essential
