•   Required: Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or related field
•   Required: Minimum 15 years' experience in sales and marketing or related field with demonstrated growth through career
•   Required: Minimum 5 years in related management roles
•   Required: Leadership role in sales and/or marketing within last three years
•   Desired: Experience using Pipedrive, or other similar CRM software to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of sales effort
•   Desired: Expertise in the markets the company serves, and processes used
