We’re seeking a Vice President of Human Resources who will bring both heart and strategy to our leadership team—someone who values people and understands that our success starts with a strong, supported workforce.
About the Role: The Vice President of Human Resources will lead all aspects of our HR function, from talent strategy and employee engagement to compliance and organizational development. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance the human side of HR with solid business acumen. You’ll partner closely with company leaders to shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture that reflects our core values.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals and uphold our company values.
- Partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Lead with empathy and integrity, serving as a trusted advisor to both leaders and employees.
- Promote a culture of respect, safety, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine interest in people, culture, and helping teams grow.
- Experience in distribution, food, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
