The ideal service Technician is organized and able to multi-task at several levels without losing focus.
They are detailed oriented and able to consistently, clearly and concisely document both the failure item, the remedy, and any testing used to determine the remedy.
They are able to run diagnostic tests in a variety of forms to locate the cause of the customers complaint in a timely fashion.
It is preferred that they have 2 years of previous experience and be proficient with the necessary technology.
Manufacturer training is provided and required. ASE certification is a plus.
Specialty tools will be provided; however, Technicians are required to provide their own basic tool set.
Our company uses many different technologies and our Technicians are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (IE: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites.
This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check.
