Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field is highly preferred
- 5+ years of equivalent/relevant HR generalist experience at the advanced level is required
- Human Resources Certification Preferred: PHR or SPHR
- 3+ years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of HR software’s such as Paycom is a plus
- Proven track record of influencing executive-level leaders and driving HR initiatives aligned to business strategy
- Demonstrated experience managing complex ER issues, compliance matters, and organizational restructuring.
- Compensation experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, regulatory compliance, benefits & compensation administration, payroll processes preferred, policy & procedure writing
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership skills, and people skills (relationship building).
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning to ensure full employment compliance.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written communications skills; Public Speaking & Presentation Skills.
- High energy, dynamic, detail-oriented with desire for long-term career potential with the Company.
- Bilingual is Spanish is required
- Up to 20% travel is required in this role, throughout the year
