Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Chemical Management or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in operations within the electronic manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- IATA and CFR49 Certificate of completion
- Forklift certification and training for all types
- Attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a chemical or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EH&S requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems, & all functions of warehouse activities
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to Travel to other sites often throughout the year (up to 40%)
- Microsoft Excel I and II skills are required
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of chemicals
- Effectively communicates with clients and internal team members
