Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- 2+ years as a senior operator preferred.
- Experience leading Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen projects a plus.
- Organizational skills
- Attention to Detail skills
- Ability to adapt to Workplace Environment & Organizational Change.
- Ability to drive, motivate, influence, and sustain positive change.
- Must be reliable, dependable, punctual, and conscientious about production performance.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, previous employment verification, federal and county criminal background check.
- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Basic mathematical principles
- Working knowledge of general accident prevention practices.
- Willing to acquire production related certification within 3 years of hire.

- Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
