- At least 3 years prior maintenance experience in a fast-paced residential community
- Must have experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- A proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Janitorial Duties
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate using clear, professional English
- Knowledge of the safe and proper use of common tools, cleaning products and supplies
- Ability to navigate stairs and ladders, lift up to fifty pounds unassisted, and reach overhead and below
- Flexibility to work mandatory overtime periods and assist at our other residential communities when needed
- Availability to respond to after-hours emergency calls 24/7, including weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to work on Saturdays
- Foster harmony in the workplace and promote a positive image of the company
- Responsibilities will include general janitorial duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Any other tasks as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager.
